Trend: Puff Sleeve Dresses

Lo Bosworth (MTV "The Hills") and Jessica Stroup ("90210") have both recently been spotted on the red carpet wearing black puff sleeve dresses. I personally love the puff sleeve on a little black dress. It gives just the right amount of dramatics to a classic look.
